Streak Connector for Jira allows you creating an issue in Jira with predefined issue type, status, specified assignee and custom description with a simple command right from the Streak environment inside your Gmail.

Use Case 2.
Custom Configuration of
matching fields and policies

Get the most important information in your accustomed environment. Streak has a table with the list of boxes, where each box has a field with information of the task priority, the current status, and the Jira ticket number. The other convenient function that saves your time is a Streak Box and Jira Ticket name relevance. There is no need to search for the ticket in Jira because the name of the ticket will be taken from the Box title.

Two sides
synchronization

Two sides synchronization allows you to see any status, priority changes of the project from your working environment, whether it is Streak CRM or Jira. Techpeople get automatically updated with all latest changes and aware of all ticket updates.

Easy to use
commands

Streak has special fields for comments where one can write easy and quick commands and create new Jira tickets or update required tickets available in the Pipeline. Each command should be written in the comment line that is usually located in the top right corner.
