Jira Server to Server Migration
Description
Data Migration from Jira and Confluence Server to another Server instance.
Goal
Merging Jira and Confluence instances between servers of a large mass media company and a television network.
Solution
We made a full backup of the client's target instance database, including attachments. In order to migrate smoothly and avoid user blocking, we moved data out of the client's office hours. It helped us to check and validate all issues twice. The merge process was implemented via Project Configurator for Jira.
