File Push App for Confluence

File Push App for Confluence

Description

File push is the add-on for Confluence, which allows you to save a Confluence page in html format and send it to ftp server.

Goal

The main goal of the app was to transfer a merged page, save its data source, including tables, apps and macros, in HTML format to a remote server, where Confluence is not installed. Page hierarchy on ftp server should be maintained according to adjustable add-on configuration.

Solution

The app enables a Confluence user to send a page to the ftp server from the page menu. The page appears on the ftp server in the folder with all attachments and macros according to the add-on configuration. Macros are transferred in a rendered form and show the status at the moment of transferring.
