Queue Highlighter
Description
Queue Highlighter adds color settings for each queue in Jira Service Desk.
Goal
The app is intended to help the user effectively manage requests in Jira Service Desk. Highlighting queues lets you visualize a request’s priority, filter requests by type, and easily manage ticket flows.
Solution
It was hard to get a quick view of all ticket queues in Jira Service Desk. In order to streamline the process, Rozdoum developers created an app that allows you to pick a color for each request queue. With the help of Queue Highlighter, the main screen with queues becomes readable in seconds.
